Responsibilities.
  • General office management
  • Administration of contracts
  • Liaison with bookkeeping
  • Principal support
  • Oversight of HR functions
  • Support administrative activities of Project Managers
Requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of office experience

Senior Interior Designer.

We are currently seeking a full-time conceptual and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team who shares our firm’s commitment to design excellence, innovation, community, and sustainability and is excited to elevate project interiors across all sectors of the studio.

 

Responsibilities.
  • Project team/client interface
  • Lead interior design assignments from concept through project completion
  • Guide selection of finishes, specification and procurement of furniture, and share knowledge of material resources
  • Coordinate with team and consultants
  • Advance younger professionals through ongoing mentoring
Requirements.
  • 10-12 years of interior design experience in corporate, workplace, and/or institutional sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from accredited school required
  • Completion of NCIDQ examination and LEED accreditation preferred
  • Member of local industry-related organization(s) preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the following areas:
  • Architectural material & systems detailing
  • Furniture, fixture, and equipment specification and procurement
  • Vendor, contractor, and client relationships
  • Communication & organizational skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3d visualization tools
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
