As we enter July, construction is in the final stretch at the Paris Street Community Center in East Boston which will be ready to welcome community members later this month!

The 27,000 sf center houses a large gym with a rock wall and administration area which have all been carefully updated in order to modernize the facilities while maintaining its historic charm, including  the re-purposing of the Center’s existing gymnasium floors into the main design feature of the building entry and lobby (pictured).

These renovations help to breathe new life into an over 100 year old building while also making sure to continue to serve a more modern, surrounding community. Here is a sneak peek:
