WiD Wednesday with Fennick McCredie and Consigli

Building the Mission of an Organization

Women-led from Beginning to End

Join us on September 15th for a virtual WID Wednesday where we’ll be presenting the YWCA of Central Massachusetts, a $17M full building renovation completed in December 2020. The renovation provided a much-needed program reallocation of the 74,000 SF mid-century building located in the heart of downtown Worcester. The project included updates and improvements to the lobby, pool, fitness areas, classrooms, childcare spaces and playground, boardroom, and transitional housing units. As a vital resource to the Worcester community, it was critical to ensure that the project was phased to allow occupancy during construction.

Aligning with the YWCA’s commitment to eliminating racism and empowering women through leadership, services and support, this effort was women-led from the beginning – from the client, an extraordinary group of women who work tirelessly to support the Worcester community, to Fennick McCredie Architecture (an SDO Certified WBE), Pinck &Co., the Owner’s Project Manager, and the construction team at Consigli Construction.

Make sure to register for this presentation and we hope you can stay for a discussion afterward.
