Designer

Responsibilities.
  • Creative design solutions & iterations in collaboration with project team
  • Representational graphics & imagery in support of design development & client presentations
  • Production of construction documents
  • Research into innovative design, material, & systems options
  • Support construction administration phase
Qualifications.
  • 1-5 years of experience
  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • LEED/WELL/CPHC accreditation is desirable
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the following areas:
    • Design excellence
    • 2D/3D representation, digital and physical
    • Revit and Adobe CS
    • Communication & organization skills
    • Teamwork & initiative
  • Self-discipline, exceptional work ethic & enthusiastic attitude are imperative

Qualifications.
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Architectural licensure
  • Familiarity with MGL 149/149A construction delivery methods desirable
  • LEED/WELL/CPHC accreditation is desirable
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the following areas:
    • Design excellence
    • Client relationships
    • Leadership of projects in various stages of design
    • Coordination with consultants
    • Communication & organizational skills
    • Architectural material & systems detailing
    • Revit
