Beverly Regional Airport
New Construction

Fennick McCredie Architecture has completed work at Beverly Regional Airport, one of thirteen general aviation airports in the state to embark on new construction or renovations. Sponsored by MassDOT Aeronautics Division, a master plan was created for a state-wide municipal airport program. Beverly, as part of the program, started with a prototype that was customized to the airport’s location, micro climate, and particular building operations. This prototype was specifically designed by FMA to adapt to the needs of each airport and its community, both in terms of interior layout and exterior expression.

Beverly Regional Airport now features a variety of upgraded facilities including improved office and meeting room for airport staff, interior and exterior space for the public to engage with airport activities, and quiet rooms for pilots.
