Lowell Riverwalk Phase II

“The city as an engine of the industrial revolution,” inspires the design features of the second phase of the mile-long Lowell Riverwalk. The project further connects seven historic mill complexes along the Merrimack River, and may include the modification of a turn-of-the-century boiler house to serve as an open air park at the confluence of the Concord River.
