Martha’s Vineyard Airport Terminal
Expansion

The Terminal Expansion project at MVY Airport builds upon the Terminal Study, focusing on optimizing passenger flow, upgrading equipment, and enhancing the overall passenger experience while incorporating energy-efficient and sustainable features. The design adds approximately 14,000 square feet and renovates 5,000 square feet of the existing 14,000-square-foot terminal and a courtyard for departing passengers, creating a flexible space to accommodate peak season demands and reflect the island’s unique community atmosphere.

To minimize disruption during construction, a comprehensive phasing plan ensures safe passenger movement and clearly designated staging areas. The project also integrates seamlessly with the concurrent ATCT relocation, maintaining operational continuity. Additionally, our team has supported the airport in securing over $15 million in federal grants, playing a vital role in funding this transformative initiative.
