For Women’s History Month, we’re proud to highlight Danielle Lax and her leadership in spearheading our office’s JUST label initiative. For her, architecture is about providing clients with the best possible solution — one that thoughtfully incorporates sustainability, universal design, and equity. The JUST label created an opportunity for our office to look inward at our own practices and better align the way we work with the values we bring to our projects every day. Through this effort, she helped advance an important conversation about accountability, equity, and how design firms can lead by example from within.
