Office Renovation and Expansion

FM is the Interior Architect for a new 5,000 SF office addition to the Excel Dryer Headquarters, located in East Longmeadow, MA. The interior design uses a human-centric approach, by prioritizing the health and well-being of employees and building occupants. As an industry leader in sustainable hand dryers, it was of great importance to our client to embody these values of sustainability within the design of their new office addition. Flexible spaces were designed to foster collaboration and innovation. The program includes open plan workstations, private offices, formal meeting rooms, and break-out spaces, as well as restrooms that feature their newest product, the XLERATORsync hand dryer, in The D|13 Groups integrated sink systems. The project is currently pursuing WELL certification
